Student support services
Medical Insurance: School has the prescribed Hospital related medical cover with approved insurance company. Eitqa. Copy on schools website. This covers you for treatment in a General Hospital only.
Orientation information: Course duration, course content overview, tuition fees and miscellaneous charges are found on schools web site and student hand book as applicable.
Student rights: The school has a detailed grievance policy and dispute resolution and is displayed in schools premises as well as schools web site & student handbook.
Fee Protection scheme: Tuition fees, collection frequency, Escrow bank details are stated on school s web site, student handbook along with a link official CPE website is also stated.
Extensions & Deferment: Students can undertake the Diploma in Baking Arts and Science by continuous certificate or individual modules and accrue modules towards awarding of full Diploma. (A 2 yr. time frame is recommended for this type of activity). Deferment of studies is an option open to students on a case by case bases.
Behavioural issues: Students are responsible for their actions while in class time any serious behavioural issues may lead to expulsion of students. Students on students pass if absent for more than 3 consecutive session sand no medical certificate may have pass cancelled and ICA informed. In such extreme case no refunds will be available.

Career Guidance .Students wishing to further develop there baking skills will be provided with suitable advice on colleges they may want to consider for further studies.

All full time students who have taken out insurance will receive an original copy of the terms and conditions. Medical insurance covers you for treatment in a general hospital A & E not a private hospital.
