Our programmes focus on the ingredients, ingredient technology, process and processing parameters necessary to produce consistent quality bakery items

Students are equipped with relevant knowledge, applicable skills and a passion that will enable them to meet the challenges of the modern baking industry.

CT School of Baking Technology has working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders in the baking industry whose input through its academic & exam board, adds strength to the course content and delivery to our students. E.g. AIB International, Singapore Bakery & Confectionery Trade Association, Martin Braun, local baking identities.

Work Skill Qualifications WSQ

CT School of Baking Technology is an approved training organisation (ATO) under Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) since 2007. The WSQ programs can be taken within Diploma & Certificate or as an individual module.

Educational Provider

CT School of Baking Technology is an approved Private Education Provider (PEI) under the Council for Private Education (CPE Registration No. 200821327E Registration Validity Period: 21 June 2011 to 20 June 2015).
